Shipping Policy

To ensure freshness we ship all food products overnight. Every lobster is expertly packaged and shipped in a sturdy insulated box with reusable gel packs allowing the lobster to arrive in perfect condition. All live items are recommended for same day cooking and consumption as they are live items. Any non-live items shipped overnight are also recommended for same day cooking and/or consumption for best quality, however all items have varying fresh/frozen shelf lives. Please fell free to give us a call at (978) 283-6342 with questions. We must receive your order two business days prior to delivery. All lobster packages will be delivered Tuesday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm. Saturday delivery is available in most, but not all areas, for an additional $10 charge per box. Saturday deliveries are usually dropped by 1:30pm. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or any other area outside of the continental United States. You will have an opportunity to send a personal gift message or delivery instructions once you proceed to Google Checkout. All food items must be shipped overnight to ensure freshness. Please choose the correct shipping method based on the items in your shopping cart. If you have any food items at all in your shopping cart, and you're not picking them up, then you must choose overnight shipping. If you are only ordering Gift Certificates then you may choose the Gift Certificate shipping method. If you are ordering CC's gear then you may choose the CC's Gear shipping method.

Capt. Carlo's reserves the right to cancel or charge the correct shipping amount to any order due to improper shipping selection. Please be sure to review your order and ensure your shipping selection corresponds with the items in your shopping cart.

Pricing Policy

Unpredictable weather and harvest conditions may affect our fresh seafood supplies. To meet your delivery requirements we may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Although we make every effort to maintain our current prices, unusually large market swings may cause temporary and/or permanent price adjustments without notice.

Delivery Policy

Please be sure to arrange delivery when someone will be available to receive the package. However, if no one is available to sign for the package, the delivery service may leave the package at their discretion and Captain Carlo's cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or spoiled food. Captain Carlo's does not deliver to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or P.O. Boxes. We deliver to the continental United States only. Additional charges will apply for incorrect addresses.
